Application fee is $55 per adult. We accept applications on a first come, first served basis.

SPECIAL/CONCESSION: Approved applicants will qualify for a reduced deposit of $500. Does not apply to current Stark Firs tenants. The standard deposit rate is equal to one month rent.

Ash Street Courtyard and Stark Street Villa are income restricted, Tax Credit communities. The household total monthly income must be at or below 60% of the area's Median Income for your household size to qualify. See photos for income table.

Properties are smoke-free, pet friendly, and conveniently located near public transportation.
Apartments include a washer & dryer, microwave and dishwasher. Water, sewer, and trash are included in the cost of the rent.
