SPECIAL/CONCESSION: Approved applicants will get their first full month of rent concessioned with a 12 month lease and $500 deposit. If tenant(s) break lease, they must pay back the month of rent that was concessioned in addition to the lease break fee. Does not apply to current Stark Firs tenants.

Water/sewer/trash is included in the cost of rent.

Renters Insurance is required at the time of move-in.
