Ash Street Courtyard is a smoke-free community located conveniently near the 122nd MAX stop and within walking distance of Ventura Park & Ventura Park Elementary School. Apartments include a washer/dryer, microwave, stove, and dishwasher. We welcome service animals. Renter’s insurance is not required but is highly recommended. Water, sewer, and trash are all included in the cost of the rent. The resident is responsible for electricity and will pay this directly to the provider. No parking is available.

A single-person household cannot make more than $49,560 annually. This includes all sources.

The application fee is $55.00 per adult. Application can be paid with money order or cashier's check.
